New Music: Skillz – ‘2012 Rap Up’
From the birth of Blue Ivy to the tragic death of Whitney Houston, Skillz recounts the year in music, sports, politics, and Hollywood on his annual “Rap Up.” The Virginia MC spits about Frank Ocean’s coming out letter, Chris Brown and Drake’s beef, and the re-election of President Obama on the song, which appears as a bonus cut on his new album Thoughts Become Things.
Skillz says this will be his final “Rap Up.” “I’m wrapping up these ‘Rap Ups’ ya’ll, it’s been 10 years/ I’m gracefully gon’ bow out, but still write them hits,” he raps.

Beyonce Becomes New $50 Million Face Of Pepsi
To some people, it may seem as though Beyonce has taken time off to focus on motherhood, but King Bey is still on her grind. Believe that.
Just months after Pepsi announced it’s partnership with Nicki Minaj, the brand has upped their ante and snagged Beyonce as the $50 million face of it’s global campaign. The company is more than happy with their new partnership with Bey, announcing it just in time for her Las Vegas New Year’s Eve performance at the Wynn Hotel.
With her new deal, we’ll start seeing Beyonce’s face on Pepsi cans and other products, as well as her cutouts in stores. Beyonce also made sure that her deal with Pepsi was stacked, and she had them incorporate a Creative Development Fund that will go toward creating content, and it will allow her to be hands on when it comes to all of the materials that have to do with her contract

FABOLOUS ANNOUNCES ‘S.O.U.L. TAPE 2’
The very much Underrated rapper Fabolous has just announced that the sequel to his 2011 mixtape The S.O.U.L. Tape will arrive on Thursday, November 22.
While the original S.O.U.L. Tape cover featured the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem, S.O.U.L. Tape 2 displays a black-and-white photo of Radio City Music Hall.
“Soul Food for Thanksgiving #SoulTape2,” tweeted Loso, who dropped the track “So NY” last month.
The rapper is scheduled to release his sixth album, Loso’s Way 2: Rise to Power, next year.

Cabin Fever stikes again. Prior to releasing his new album O.N.I.F.C. on December 4, Wiz Khalifa rolls out the sequel to his 2011 mixtape.
Hosted by DJ Holiday, Cabin Fever 2 features 14 tracks, with appearances from Juicy J, Problem, French Montana, and Chevy Woods, plus production by Sledgren, ID Labs, The Invasion, and more.
“This tape is for you guys to get totally fu**ed up to and have some theme music to sing until the album comes out,” tweeted the Taylor Gang leader. “Perfect for smokeouts, pregames, afterparties, ratchet parties, birthday parties, highrides, weednaps, snacc runs, hood clubs, nice bars etc.”

According to The Associated Press, the “Single Ladies” singer will take the stage during Super Bowl XLVII at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on February 3, 2013.

RIHANNA ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM ‘UNAPOLOGETIC’
Less than a year after releasing Talk That Talk, Rihanna is back with her seventh album in seven years, Unapologetic.
The pop princess took to Twitter on Thursday to reveal the title, release date, and cover art, on which she strips down with nothing but black and white words scrawled across her naked body. A tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis, which she dedicated to her late grandmother, can also be seen.
“My NEW album ‘UNAPOLOGETIC’ will be released on NOVEMBER 19th WORLDWIDE #Navy,” she announced.
The first single “Diamonds” currently occupies the No. 18 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, while the album is expected to feature contributions from Stargate and Ne-Yo, who penned two songs.
