BEYONCÉ ELECTRIFIES AT PULSE FRAGRANCE LAUNCH
Beyoncé was beaming in blue at the launch of her Pulse fragrance at PH-D at Dream Downtown in New York City on Wednesday evening. With her hair braided in a ponytail, she flashed a smile for photographers in a blue sequined blazer and short dress to match the bottle of her latest scent.
