Beyonce ripped up the stage last night with a performance of “Who Run The World (Girls)” at the Billboard Music Awards. The performance, which began with Beyonce declaring “Men have been giving the chance to rule the world but ladies our revolution has begun. Let’s build a nation women everywhere run the world!”, was filled with special effects and tons of dancers.
